Aikido Classes

We hold Aikido classes

Mondays & Wednesdays 7pm-9pm

Visitors are welcome!  The classes are for adults only (17+).

We use exercises and Aikido techniques to practice the central Principles of Aikido. (See Aikido Training)
In our first hour of class, we use a varity of exercises to practice the Principles.
In our second hour of class, we use Aikido techniques to practice the Principles.

In general, our practice is focused on physical movement from the center, blending with an attack, and leading the energy toward a non-damaging resolution.
